I’ve always been fascinated by the mind–body connection — the quiet, intelligent ways our bodies communicate with us when something is out of balance.
During a particularly difficult period in my life, I began to see how deeply my thoughts, emotions, and physical symptoms were intertwined. Stress, anxiety, guilt, shame, and grief took a real toll on my health. My body was speaking to me — I just needed to learn how to listen.
Over time, I came to understand that my drive to please others, to keep the peace, and to take care of everyone else came from deeper wounds — fears of rejection, unclear boundaries, and old beliefs about my worth. These patterns had been with me for a long time.
Discovering Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) was a turning point. Through gentle tapping and mindful awareness, I began releasing emotional pain, easing physical symptoms, and reconnecting with my own sense of peace and self-love.
Now, it’s my privilege to help other women do the same — to calm their nervous systems, heal old wounds, and step into a life where they no longer have to shrink, please, or over give to feel safe or loved.
Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new — it means coming home to yourself.
